Manual Therapy
When used as part of a treatment plan, manual therapy enables more precise diagnosis and treatment, improved function, and faster recovery. After 20 years of experience and training, our manual therapy approach includes evaluation of biomechanics, neurophysiology and musculoskeletal injury which allows us to identify the root cause of pain or dysfunction.
Key techniques of manual therapy include: joint mobilization and manipulation, soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release and trigger point therapy, manual traction and active release of affected tissues. We offer soft tissue mobilization in the form of Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization like Graston technique as well as myofascial decompression and cupping.
Our goal is to help you stay active, confident, and doing what you love, without pain holding you back.
