Meet Kerry Mauri

Kerry Mauri is a Seattle-based physical therapist, coach, endurance athlete, wife, and mom. She is passionate about helping individuals stay fit, strong, and active as they navigate the demands of family, career, and everything else life throws their way.

Kerry specializes in working with active people who are adjusting to the changes their bodies go through as they age. Whether you’re dealing with a nagging shoulder issue that’s keeping you from swimming, an acute lower back injury from lifting at the gym, or even the strain of picking up a child in the middle of a tantrum — she is here to help.

Kerry’s goal is to meet you where you are and work with you to get to where you want to be. Together, you’ll create a personalized plan and adapt as needed, addressing any challenges that arise along the way.

Every individual has a unique set of circumstances that shape their journey. By understanding your specific needs, lifestyle, and goals, Kerry can help you move forward with confidence and strength.
